I‘tikaf is well rewarded for those who can manage it.

Keep the tongue soaked in zikr, in the remembrance of Almighty Allah.
Laylat-ul-Qadr, equivalent to over 83 years of worship, is a night to capitalize on.
Manners should be improved and reproach-free.
Negative conduct, anger, selfishness, and dishonesty must be suppressed.
Observance of fasting is the expiation of previous sins.
